This is the truth between AeriaGames GMs and Joymax GMs and I'll let you decide whos to blame for all of this.
Directly from the words of our GMs (Aeria):
As the subject of my post says, this thread was locked to prevent further flaming.
Please note that Digimon is fully managed by the JoyMax and is offered to the Aeria community via our portal. Any issues with the game and reports received are being passed on to JoyMax for their consideration.
We will pass on all of your concerns to JoyMax.
1. Login issues
- We have been working with the developers on this issue since we released this server. The developers are regularly telling us that they are still looking in to a permanent solution. We will update this post when we have updates. (Also will probably be in the patch notes)
2. Botting
- Botting reports are forwarded to the Joymax. It is their decision what action to take. Most users who submit a botting report are asked to provide video proof if they have not done so already. We have submitted a request for the Bot Checker item that is available in KDMO.
3. Glitching
- Reports about glitches need to be reported, same as any other issue. Having knowledge of such exploits and not reporting it is against our Terms of Service and can result in a ban of your account. We appreciate when our community members take interest in keeping the game clean and report new issues for us to investigate.
4. GMs
- All staff for this game is provided by Joymax. It is not uncommon for a GM to leave their character AFK in game while they are working on something else and may be looking at/working on something else and not watching chat or private messages in game. Also, due to arrangements all issues are to be reported to Aeria, not Joymax, and we will forward the information to their teams. If there is anything that you would like to discuss with a staff member, please submit a ticket.
As for the Aeria team, as much as we would love to be able to help out with issues (in game or otherwise), we are not able to provide any game support for our channeled games as we do not have any tools or special powers for those games.
5. Delayed patch
- The developers found a major bug in the patch on Aeria's version similar to what happened with the first File Island patch and had to postpone our version. They are currently working on a fix and we will let the community know when we have more information. It is the developer's decision whether or not to extend/change/etc. events, and we are not able to influence that decision.
6. Overpricing.
- As in real life, demand drives the economy. If you believe a price is too high, don't buy the item from that user. As long as there are players are willing to pay whatever price is set, prices will never go down. If players who set prices too high go too long without selling their merchandise, they will have no choice but to lower their prices. Regarding the statement on botters - if you have sufficient evidence about a player breaking the ToS in this or any way, please report them.
Thank you,
Aeria Team.
In conclusion Aeria has absolutely no control over ANYTHING that happens on DMO They cannot be blamed for anything regarding DMO instead of blaming Aeria we should support them and get behind them to Force Joymax to Fix This Issue.
